He is a director of Newalta Corporation, Benefuel Inc. and Tribute Resources Inc. He is a past chair of the Canadian Petroleum Products Institute.

Katherine Crooks is a Partner and Corporate Officer of Beacon Head Energy Ltd. Her experience in finance, marketing and sales was developed in over 25 years experience with Suncor Energy, Imperial Oil Limited and Scotiabank, where she held senior positions in both operations and planning. She has served as a Director on both government and charitable boards and has worked in both Canada and the United States. She is a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Benefuel Inc. She has extensive experience in the downstream petroleum industry and specializes in financial planning and stewardship, and operating structures and processes.

Warren MacLean is an Associate of Beacon Head Energy, who has had over 30 years of experience in the Canadian petroleum industry, and was a senior operating and commercial executive with Suncor Energy Inc. His particular areas of expertise are in crude oil acquisition and marketing, and product supply and trading. He is a director and part owner of Safety Seal Plastics Inc.

Fulvio Santin, an Associate of Beacon Head Energy, has held senior level operating and commercial positions in product supply and trading for Suncor Energy Inc. and Imperial Oil Limited. Fulvio has extensive experience in ethanol and biodiesel production and marketing.
