Beacon Head Energy Ltd. was founded and incorporated in 2008, with the purpose of providing advisory and consulting services. Our focus is on corporate strategy, and new business development in the energy sector. Beacon Head is also the financial and technical manager, and lead advisor to the Beacon Head Energy Fund, a closed end investment partnership specializing in the alternate and renewable energy field.

Advisory and Consulting Services

Since being formed in mid 2008, Beacon Head has been engaged on a range of projects, for clients in both Canada and the United States. These assignments have included strategy development, commercial negotiation, business evaluation, and new business development. Our clients have included regional petroleum companies, multinational organizations and renewable energy corporations.

Investment Management

In 2009, Beacon Head established the Beacon Head Energy Fund. The Fund's mandate is to invest in companies and projects that are seeking to commercialize existing renewable energy technologies and projects that are expected to be cash flow positive within a three to five year time frame.
